Joe Dumars' Fieldhouse was founded in 1994 out of a desire to make the amateur athlete feel like a pro. All these years later it is still our mission to operate the country's finest league sports facility. While keeping our eye on the ball by staying true to the principles of our original vision, we also realized that to be successful in our industry we needed to be able to adapt to the changing needs of our customers. As a result, we are forcefully committed to continually trying new things to make our patrons experience at Joe Dumars' Fieldhouse exceptional. We hope that you will stay with us as we strive to meet and exceed your athletic and entertainment needs going into the future.
The staff at Joe Dumar's Fieldhouse has a habit of singling out members during games and events and demanding payments. I'm not sure if this is a strategy or just poor taste, but I've seen it happen to another family in the past and today it happened to me. A staff member stopped my son as he took the court for his team basketball game and asked that he point out his parents. After he did the staff member singled out my wife and demanded payment of a late fee that we were not aware of. Maybe the Fieldhouse has had problems collecting fees and this is an effective approach, but I for one would have appreciated a simple phone call instead. Ray Posted by rayslife on 03/29/2008
People have to learn people should come first in a business transaction. Somewhere with all these business schools, we have lost the customer in the business equation. Posted by msucpu on 03/31/2008
