- KetchphrazeI"ll Die for Hip-Hop. I'm the 10th Wonder Of The World. I'm way better than your favorite rapper. I'm bringing Dark Skinned guys back. Nice Guys finished last. Me & Superman tied when I raced him. Serena Williams has a crazy body. Serena's feet probably look like bear claws. I was rocking dunk's before they got hot. My dad's a bigger alcoholic than yours. My Grand Am is a Decepticon. Me & He-Man used to work out together. I designed the Retro Jordan 3 not Tinker. I can squeeze coal with my bare hands & make diamonds. Kid & Play stole that dance from Me & Redd.

- SLUM VILLAGEWhen Slum Village emerged in the late 1990s, the highly regarded Detroit trio of T3, Baatin and Jay Dee made a startling admission: their group was a liquid association with members coming and going during the group's evolution. True to their word, Slum Village has already gone through a number of line-up changes. Now back where they started, Slum Village yet again thrills and delights fans and gains yet a larger audience hungry for the smoking beats under the hot lyrical talent of T3 and Elzhi. Slum has begun to bring more of their personal feelings to their music, allowing the listeners and fans to touch more on the emotions and realness and touched on more serious topics. Prequel to a Classic features previously unreleased joints and ja ms from Slum Village with production by BR Gunna, J Dilla and Kareem Riggins. The mixtape gives listeners the best of some of their material since Fantastic Vol.1. The groups next release is set for a fall release; a full length LP entitled The S and the V.

- BLACK MILK"Black Milk is pumping fresh air into the midwest's historic hip hop scene." ~ Billboard Magazine as a producer and as an emcee within the Detroit hip hop scene for several years. Following the untimely deaths of J Dilla and Proof (D-12) in 2006, hip hop fans all over the world are anxious for a new generation of hip hop artists from the Motor City to carry the torch for its fallen heroes. Black Milk isn’t asking to carry the torch; he’s already running with it. Born Curtis Cross in 1983, Black first fell in love with hip-hop in the mid-nineties when he discovered the music of groups like A Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul. He took a particular interest to making beats and after purchasing the cheapest drum machine he could find, began crafting his first beat tapes by recording on cassettes through a home karaoke machine.
