0 - Metropolitan Detroit Polymer Art Guild
The Metropolitan Detroit Polymer Art Guild began in 1993 by a small group of polymer clay artists under the direction of Marie Johannes. Fourteen years later, our group has grown to over 60, with members from not only the Metro Detroit Area, but from all over Michigan, as well as several from out-of-state. We are an enthusiastic group of clayers, ranging from the beginner to the seasoned veteran. Besides polymer clay, our members are diverse in their skills and interests, including doll making, jewelry, sculpting, book making, painting, stamping and mixed media. Together, all this talent creates a rich and exciting setting to cultivate and spark creativity!

Become a member and let the fun begin. Join our group of collectors and enthusiasts in attending the many fun filled special events through out year. The social event of the season is the annual dinner, held each fall. Fine dining, great conversation and presentation of period items combine to make the evening unique. As an DAADS member, you enjoy discounted reservations for this gala event. Fast becoming one of the best Expos in the country, held each spring, features dozens of dealers in original Art Deco collectibles. As an DAADS member, you enjoy a discount on admission to the gala preview party. Our newsletter The Modern, will keep you up to date on all the area's upcoming Art Deco events. As well as give you the latest information on historical buildings and period items.

World renowned electronic dance music (often called Detroit Techno) sold in a variety of formats, from vinyl records and CD's to video. Merchandise ranging from T-shirts, caps, jackets, DJ slipmats, patches, stickers, etc. all bearing the infamous UR logo. A highly efficient, aggressive and very strategic minded unit with an extreme approach to imaging and marketing. We also place special emphasis on product quality and remaining totally independent in order to retain absolute control of the company's image and direction.

is that one dramatic moment in an epidemic when everything can change all at once...and we've reached it in a BIG way! From operating as a "gypsy" theatre company under the umbrella of the Parks and Recreation department, performing in any empty space we could get our hands on and paying actors with smiles and applause - we opened 2007 with big changes - tipping point changes! Incorporated as a professional, non-profit organization in the state of Michigan, Tipping Point Theatre opened its doors this year as an Equity Theatre Company in our new permanent facility in downtown Northville.
