I grew up on sugar. Not straight out of the bag, but in almost every food I ate. Having rice for dinner? Put butter and brown sugar on it. Eating an apple? Why not dip it in caramel sauce? Make sure you have dessert after lunch and again after dinner. Did you have a bad day? Treat yourself to a snack. Do well at school? Have a candy bar. In my world, sugar was not just an ingredient, but a balm, a companion, a friend.

I love all art, and have dabbled in so many different types. I finally found my favorite- Mosaics! My main "look" is vintage china with lots of pink and pastels for a romantic cottage look. I love doing old tables and teapots. I search for treasures everywhere! I incorporate many "found" pieces into my work- vintage jewelry, brooches, beads, pearls, bone china roses and whatever else I come across.
